My name is Matt Campos.  I’m a shamanic practitioner, a beadworker, an artist,  a teacher, and a drum maker  based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I studied Fine Arts at a university but, after graduating, I found myself separated from my art practice. I spent many years, like most, busy building a career.  It wasn’t until decades later when I met a medicine woman who would take me under her wing  that I started creating art again. She taught me for the next ten years.  That was then followed by multiple classes through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.

I credit shamanism for bringing me back on my creative path. I now understand that inspiration comes from the other side. It is always there, waiting for us to tap into its limitless offerings. I will forever be grateful to my teachers and my guides for for their continuing guidance and support.   It is my wish that through shamanism you too can live the joyful and fulfilling life you are meant to have.
